PADCHEK® is a product of PADTEST which was founded and incorporated in Arizona on August 18, 2008. A “proof of concept” pilot was initiated in Arizona with nine devices placed in physicians’ offices between February 2009 and January 31, 2010. During this time, 546 tests were performed on patients with one or more risk factors for P.A.D. and 26% that were diagnosed with P.A.D.
A new FDA clearance was obtained in March 2010 and PADCHEK® has a five-year distributor contract with Osachi, a Japanese manufacturer with an excellent track record in the production of ABI machines.
